During the celebration of his 75th birthday in August 2006, world harmony leader Sri Chinmoy explains his philosophy to the father of Ashrita Furman, the famous Guinness World Record holder.

Sri Chinmoys says, "we try to please God in His own way" and continues, "the inner voice will tell us what is good, what is wrong. The inner voice will never make any mistake". We also learn that the three basic principles of the spiritual life are love, devotion and surrender.
