19th International Self-Transcendence Marathon Swim

The major local TV station "TeleZüri" reported the 19th International Self-Transcendence Marathon Swim on the Zurich Lake from Rapperswil to Zurich. The TV commentator interviewed the first solo swimmer Jürg Schmid (Swiss) who reached the goal in 7h 10:23min. He also appraised the race as the second hardest swimming competition after the Channel crossing.
